The Payroll Pro is born from a long extensive career being a partner in an accountancy practice. Whilst I dealt with every aspect within the business, payroll was never one of the A* services that was widely pushed. It was only when the business was divided up that payroll became my passion. I loved the attention to detail plus when you process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls you touch base with the business owner more frequently. You get to hear about their week and quiet often you become friends. Running a business can sometimes be a lonely place so having someone asking 'how are you' can sometimes be all you need to keep pushing on.

After qualifying as a payroll manager I decided to open CIS Contracts Ltd, with the sole purpose of dealing with the Construction Industry but this also left quite a large gap for employers with PAYE staff, a gap that hasn't been filled. Whilst CIS Contracts goes from strength to strength it was time to plug the hole left by accountants and unqualified payroll bureaus and the Payroll Pro is that solution.

Payroll is crucial to maintaining the relationship between employer and employee. Yes, it is an expense to the business but we are extremely reasonable with our pricing, you also get quite a lot for your money; the most important being peace of mind.
